As a non-profit, GAAAE’s foundational pillars are our members, sponsors and volunteers. By becoming a member, you are joining one of the most vibrant and inspiring tech communities in Austin. You get to network with a diverse group of engineering professionals and business leaders, exchange knowledge and ideas, get mentoring and career advancement opportunities, internship and scholarship opportunities, and opportunities to give back to the community. Members are eligible to participate in elections and shape the future direction of the organization.

Who can be a member?

Fellow Member:

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university, or
• A graduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university, or
• With professional Engineering registration, or
• A graduate degree in subjects other than engineering and more than 1 year of experience as an engineer, or
• An undergraduate degree equivalent to engineering and more than 2 years of experience as an engineer.

• A person who is currently enrolled in an accredited university towards an engineering degree.
