GAAAE Women’s Conference is a one-day in-person event. The event will be focused on women’s career advancement covering areas such as professional development, business networking and personal growth for women. We have eminent panelists joining us in the panel discussion and networking lunch thereafter. Please refer below the detailed agenda for the day as well as registration details.

Carolina is a seasoned senior technology executive who has helped organizations transform divisions to accelerate innovation and incubate artificial intelligence products. She currently is part of the board of directors for Girlstart.

Nagavalli Medicharla

Sr. Director of Technology PMO at Visa

Nagavalli is a multi-faceted individual with a portfolio career that encompasses not just technology but also music. Before Visa she completed an eleven-year tenure at Dell Inc. In music, she has an album scheduled for release in February 2023, along with a release show at the Paramount Stateside Theatre in Austin. She is also the first Asian-American Commissioner/Vice-Chair of the Austin Music Commission, which advises City Council on music industry issues.

Teresa Joy

VP for GTM Strategy and Analytics at 6Sense

Teresa is an accomplished business leader and she excels in translating high-level strategic vision into tactical execution, including driving digital transformations at scale. Prior to 6sense she served in senior leadership roles at Corel, AutoDesk and Dell. She is a strong supporter of Girls in STEM and an avid champion of women empowerment initiatives.

Marita Kurian

VP at Michael & Susan Dell Foundation

Marita has several years of experience in leading, designing and developing technology solutions from idea to end product as well as building technology teams. Her passion lies in working to use technology for good, using her skills to support programs with a mission to help children and families living in poverty. She started her career as a software engineer at Intel Corporation and working through product manager & director roles, today she is VP, Technology at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Hiring and retaining strong technology talent has been a priority for her with individual career development being a very important piece of that effort.
